仕事内容Role 役割:
As a Digital Sales Representative (DSR) for Commercial market, you will be responsible in technology sales for an industry-leading organization.

In partnership with the sales team, you will be at the forefront of our performance achievement of goals together with your accountability for digital sales achievement.
Focusing on marketing leads & sales growth accounts, you will have the opportunity to pro-actively sell technology product, services, and solutions to end users in an assigned geographic territory and customer segment.
You will understand, validate & qualify customer requirement and tailor products, services and solutions to meet the customer needs.
You will qualify needs solution from a technical and business perspective, and manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting, discover & qualify marketing leads & enterprise accounts to opportunity.

Responsibilities 責任:
• Be a trusted advisor to proactively sells products/services and integrated solutions to marketing leads and enterprise accounts in the assigned geographic territory and/or customer segment, and drive inbound/outbound activities through sales collaboration tools and social media in support of company promotion and campaigns.
• Own sales stage 1 to 3 from prospect, discover, qualify and convert marketing leads from market penetration campaigns/events within SLA and, acquire and develop enterprise & commercial non-named accounts

• Execute strategy, drive to achieve quota objectives and activity metrics within territory assigned and accounts owned, and significant input to the execution success.
• Route qualified leads to Sales Account team with quality leads with detailed BANT and meeting schedule with close loop follow up.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/Channel Team and Partner Team to acquire/develop lead accounts through the business development initiatives, management and coordination of sales, marketing and channel activities.
• Call/social plan and activities in pursuit of new business leads & developing accounts.
• Responsible for lead and account management in accordance with sales call center business process excellence. Generate sufficient leads to opportunity and maintain/enrich customer intelligence data.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services & solutions and, continuous development of personal competency skills. Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.
• Develop insights and analytics on territory leads and accounts managed.

✓ Good understanding on IT Enterprise Product & Services Portfolio (Primary: Storage & Cloud; Secondary: PC, Server, Storage, Networking, Software, As-A-Service, etc)

✓ Good understanding of sales & customer buying cycle and BANT.
✓ Ability to communicate complex technology and value propositions
✓ Proven record of accomplishment within an inside sales team in the B2B technical market (i.e. enterprise or SMB market) and can show significant increases in sales growth due to personal efforts.
✓ Proven ability in the implementation and follow up of marketing activities
✓ Must have previously used a CRM Sales module (e.g. SFDC)

Requirement 条件:
✓ Minimum academic qualification: Diploma/Degree
✓ Minimum 1-3 years inside/outside sales management experience in technology sector i.e. IT hardware and/or software
✓ Excellent English and local language communication/written skills
勤務地詳細Someone who is willing to relocate to Malaysia 1) Working from Japan until the employment pass is completed (1-2 months) 2) Required to relocate to Malaysia after gain employment pass 3) Working from home until further notice in Malaysia Someone who would like to working in Japan 1) Working from home, the candidate will be required to work in the office in Japan (Yokohama) if the candidate fails to perform the tasks.
給与金額月給 MYR11000 max円

休日Monday to Friday
待遇Employee Entitlements:
Annual Leave entitlement: 15 Days – FTE (Full Time Employment – Base in Malaysia)
Medical Leave: 14 Days FTE (Full Time Employment – Based in Malaysia)
Annual Leave & Medical Leave Entitlement: 1 day per month prorated – TRE (Temporary Remote Employment)

Relocation Allowances:
Quarantine in Malaysia = 14 days accommodation + meals + 2 swab tests
Flight Ticket = One Way Flight Ticket from JP to MY (Economy Class)
Accommodation = 16 days accommodation after quarantine (meals are not included)

Salary Package for those who want to relocate):

While working in the JP:
Candidates will be working remotely while waiting for EP to be approved.
Package: Basic Salary + PRP (Incentive)
** tax follows JP standard

After relocation:
Official employee in Malaysia, s/he will enjoy all the employee benefits provided according to the Job Grade, e.g. AIA Insurance (in&outpatient + specialist), etc.
Package: Basic Salary + PRP (Incentive) + medical insurance
**the candidate will be taxed by Malaysian government

Based on the rules and regulations in Malaysia, expatriate will be taxed 30% of their total monthly salary in the first 3 months after relocation. After 3 months, the tax rate will be in accordance with normal Malaysian residents. (calculated by Tax office in Malaysia depending on the candidate’s salary)

Salary Package for those who don’t have intention to relocate:

Tax deduction will be following normal practice in Japan.
Pension, insurance and other benefits will be provided in accordance with JP labour law.
